Summer Cohort
Support to Succeed and The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts are proud to welcome approximately 10 motivated candidates into our next Cohort!
Candidates were referred to the program by our amazing workforce development partners, including The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, JVS Boston, Year Up United, and Duet.

Pilot Program Cohort
We’re excited to celebrate the 27 graduates of Support to Succeed’s Pilot Program Cohort! Over the past few months, these individuals have engaged in SIE exam study, mentorship, and career readiness. We finished with a 88% pass rate on the SIE exam and a 79% job attainment rate. Their success marks a significant step forward in our mission to empower individuals with the tools they need to thrive. Congratulations to our graduates!

Urban League of Eastern MA Cohort
Our newest cohort brings together 12 candidates through continued partnerships with the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts (ULEM) and other workforce partners.
