Urban League of Eastern MA Cohort
Our newest cohort brings together 18 candidates in partnership with the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts (ULEM).
This group is among our most diverse to date, with 61% women and 89% identifying as people of color, including 61% who identify as Black or African-American.
Participants range in age around 35, with 61% having prior finance experience and 28% currently working in financial services. Referrals were led by ULEM (33%), with strong contributions from Duet (17%) and JVS (22%).
The cohort begins with a three-week trial period to ensure engagement and readiness for the program.

Summer Cohort
Support to Succeed and The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts are proud to welcome 10 motivated candidates into our next Cohort! This cohort brings together individuals from a variety of career backgrounds ranging from IT to hospitality to financial operations, all united by a shared goal: building meaningful careers in client-facing finance roles. Each candidate enters the program with a strong sense of purpose, resilience, and the drive to succeed in a competitive and evolving industry.
Candidates were referred to the program by our amazing workforce development partners, including The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, JVS Boston, Year Up United, and Duet.

Pilot Program Cohort
We’re excited to celebrate the first graduates of Support to Succeed’s Pilot Program Cohort! Over the past few months, these individuals have engaged in mentorship, hands-on learning, and skill-building workshops, demonstrating incredible dedication and growth. Their success marks a significant step forward in our mission to empower individuals with the tools they need to thrive. Congratulations to our graduates!
