How We Work Together
PROVEN MODEL
We provide technical support and training to enable community-based organizations (CBOs) to deliver S2S’s proven SIE Success career readiness and exam preparation program aligned to licensed finance roles. This model empowers CBOs to integrate the pathway directly into their existing programs, expanding access to licensed financial services careers for nontraditional learners. Implementation requires an upfront investment of staff time to ensure high-quality delivery and strong exam pass and job placement outcomes.
POST-HIRE SUPPORT
We provide up to one year of as-needed, value-added support for CBO program alumni pursuing licensed pathway roles in financial services. Support includes coaching for advanced licensing exams (e.g., Series 7) and mentoring to help candidates successfully transition into new work environments. This model enhances retention, exam passage, and job placement outcomes while allowing CBOs to continue using their preferred SIE exam prep provider. Effective implementation requires strong alignment across partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
PROGRAM DELIVERY

S2S delivers a comprehensive, end-to-end program that provides trainees and alumni with access to a national industry-connected community, peer support, and ongoing job opportunities. S2S also convenes a community of practice for training providers engaged in this work. This model enables CBOs to focus on their core strengths—recruitment and student support—while S2S manages program delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes, though it may overlap with existing services and requires greater investment.
