Support to Succeed is excited to bring new opportunities to the South as we expand our SIE Success Program to Atlanta, Georgia—marking an important milestone in our continued partnership with Morgan Stanley and our mission to create accessible pathways into financial services careers. We recently hosted a series of successful information sessions across the Atlanta area, including events with Year Up alumni and on campuses such as Morehouse College and Kennesaw State University. We are excited to share that our inaugural Atlanta cohort will officially begin on March 16, 2026, and we are actively working with our partners to bring talented candidates through the door.

Support to Succeed is proud to announce the launch of a new Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts (ULEM) cohort. This cohort group is among our most diverse to date with candidates who will participate in our career readiness program focused on pathways into financial services.

This launch continues our ongoing collaboration with the Urban League of Eastern MA to expand access to professional development opportunities for individuals from underrepresented communities.

Support to Succeed hosted its first in-person graduation ceremony in partnership with the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, celebrating seven outstanding graduates from our summer cohort. The event brought together alumni, staff, employers, and future participants, a true reflection of the growing S2S community and its collective success.

Support to Succeed recently partnered with BlackRock to host a Mock Interview and Career Expo in Boston. We extend our sincere appreciation to the BlackRock team for their time, support, and mentorship.

The event featured a lunch Q&A followed by one-on-one mock interviews, giving candidates the opportunity to refine their skills, gain insight into the finance industry, and receive personalized feedback from experienced professionals.

Events like this play an important role in preparing diverse, motivated candidates for successful careers and in strengthening the pipeline of emerging talent in financial services.

We are excited to partner with the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts (ULEM) to enhance workforce development opportunities and financial literacy for the communities they serve. This collaboration will empower individuals to pursue high-demand, family-sustaining careers while creating new program opportunities within ULEM.

The U.S. wealth management industry is growing rapidly, with assets under management projected to hit $73 trillion by 2030. However, by 2034, a shortage of 100,000 advisors is expected due to retirements and low recruitment. While technology evolves, human financial advice remains vital. To address this gap, firms are hiring career changers for their transferable skills and fresh perspectives—an approach that aligns with Support to Succeed’s mission.
